These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the En Camino booking platform, dedicated to transfer, tourism and experience services in Santa Cruz, Argentine Patagonia.
By completing a booking, submitting a form or sharing your data within the platform, the user declares having read, understood and accepted these terms.
1. Service offered
En Camino offers transfer, transport, excursion, custom tour and tourist experience services in the province of Santa Cruz and other destinations listed on the platform.
Availability, route, schedule, price and conditions of each service may vary depending on date, weather, number of passengers, operational availability and trip characteristics.
2. Data requested from the user
To process a booking or inquiry, En Camino may request data such as name, phone, email, number of passengers, trip date and time, origin and destination, observations, special needs, and information related to flights, accommodation or meeting points when needed to coordinate the service.
The user declares that the data provided is real, correct and up to date.
3. Use and communication of data
The user authorizes En Camino to use their data to confirm the booking, coordinate the trip, contact the passenger via WhatsApp, phone or email, send necessary information to the trip owner or operator, driver, guide or service provider involved, and manage changes, cancellations, rescheduling or inquiries related to the service.
Data will not be sold or used for purposes outside service provision without the user's consent.
4. Booking confirmation
Submitting the form does not automatically guarantee service provision until En Camino confirms the booking via WhatsApp, email or another contact channel.
The booking may be subject to availability of seats, vehicles, providers, schedules, weather, road conditions or payment validation, when applicable.
5. Punctuality and passenger responsibility
The passenger must arrive at the agreed time and place.
In the event of passenger delay, absence at the meeting point or incorrect data provided in the booking, En Camino may consider the booking as no-show, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Changes, cancellations and rescheduling
The user may request changes or cancellations by contacting En Camino through official channels.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
En Camino may modify, suspend or reschedule a service due to weather, operational reasons, road closures, force majeure, passenger safety or any situation that prevents the trip from taking place under appropriate conditions.
7. Weather conditions and force majeure
As these are tourism and transfer services in Patagonia, the user accepts that changes may occur due to weather, road conditions, external delays, decisions by authorities, mechanical failures, emergencies or events outside En Camino's control.
In such cases, En Camino will try to offer a reasonable alternative, such as schedule change, rescheduling or route modification.
8. Prices and payments
Stated prices may vary depending on season, destination, number of passengers, type of service and particular conditions.
The booking may require a deposit, advance payment or full payment, as informed at the time of booking.
The valid final price is the one confirmed by En Camino via WhatsApp, email or equivalent channel.
9. Documentation and minors
The passenger is responsible for having the documentation needed to make the trip.
Minors must travel accompanied by a responsible adult or have the corresponding authorization when required.
10. Luggage and personal belongings
The passenger is responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, documentation, electronic devices and valuables.
En Camino is not responsible for losses, items left behind or damage to personal items, except for direct provable responsibility of the provider.
11. Service safety
En Camino is committed to providing services under reasonable conditions of safety, comfort and professionalism.
The passenger must follow the instructions of the driver, guide or trip leader. In case of risky, aggressive, illegal behavior or behavior that affects other passengers, En Camino may refuse or interrupt the service.
12. Personal data protection
The user may request access, update, rectification or deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable Argentine regulations.
